The PumpHouse Riverside Restaurant and Bar is more than a restaurant – it’s a Destination! The alluring ambiance that waits beyond the 250 year old teak and iron gates is unique to this compound of restored historic buildings.
After providing water service to the City of Victoria for the better part of a century, The PumpHouse property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Named a Texas Historic Landmark in 2011, the site is now home to an urban style restaurant with a selection of American cuisine that is sure to please.
Offering casual outdoor dining on the decks overlooking the scenic Guadalupe River, or indoor dining and full bar service, The PumpHouse will provide you with a dining experience you will not soon forget. Our classically trained chefs prepare all The PumpHouse dishes from the freshest of ingredients with a professional eye to presentation.

Food Menus
The process of menu development is more difficult than one would expect. Our classically trained chefs spend hours on development, testing, tasting and tweaking before anything is put on the menu for our guests to enjoy. We have some favorite dishes that remain through the years, but new and exciting offerings are available with each menu update.
Drink Menus
Like our food menus, our drink menus change and are updated from time to time. With an eye to popular new drinks along with tradition, our fully stocked bar offers wines by the glass or bottle. Our bartenders can make most any traditional mixed drinks in addition to those listed on our drink menu.
Sundays – full bar including Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. Come and enjoy!

Special Events
The PumpHouse Riverside Restaurant and Bar is the perfect location for your next event. Several areas of the restaurant are available for private reservation. We can seat up to 65 guests in our formal dining room, 34 in The Pumproom. Multiple options are available for private reservations on our patios overlooking the Guadalupe River. We can accommodate your event from 2-200 or more. We can host your wedding rehearsal, wedding, wedding reception, bridal shower, baby shower, business forum or celebration, medical seminar or holiday parties. Choose from a variety of menu options.
